![]() The first one said she had to contact her manager and never got back with me. ![]() Three attempts and talk to two human beings and got nowhere. I would like for management to contact me. I even convinced my co worker whose new to Missouri to get a membership! Guess I’ll start traveling for my thrill seeking side because I won’t be back. I honestly use to love this place so much it’s terribly disappointing. You aren’t scared and you pay an incredibly large fee per person for another attraction which frankly sucked. I have such great memories of fright fest and it really was once great but it was terrible. What I can’t overlook is the horrible fright fest haunted houses which was the last straw. Went to use the restroom in front… smelled horrible and no soap or toilet paper but hey I could over look it. I work at a DMV so I understand long lines ok and constant people but these people do not care. They’ll have 10+ people waiting in line for a wristband for an express pass which is to avoid waiting in line and guess what… your still waiting in line but my point is no one has any hustle. It might be a generational thing with young people today and keep in mind I’m only 30 but they just don’t care. So I’ve noticed the cleanliness and just over all decline of the park in the past years which is disappointing but I love roller coasters so I still go plus the water park is awesome and once again the staff not so much.
